Fostering a Culture of Conscious Decision-Making

  4. Consciously switching back to divergent thinking to produce ideas and solutions to the problem as many as you can then using convergent thinking to filtering existing ideas and consider their short, medium, and long-term impacts. 
  5. Seeking feedback on existing ideas to reduce cognitive bias, which is the thoughts in your subconscious mind that influence your judgment and decision-making. Feedback from others will give you space to reanalyze your ideas. 
  6. Estimating your probability of success and eventually making a decision.

With conscious decision making, a leader can increase the quality of decision and build confidence in team.
